Reception
The reception is situated within the shop and is where guests come to book in. Here they will find the owners, who are only to happy to help them and to show them where they can pitch. They can also find out all about the site and the amenities.
Shop
The shop has been running for eight years now and was refurbished and extended for the 2002 season.
It is here in the shop that you can take advantage of our FREE ice pack freezing service (we have a dedicated small freezer behind the counter for this service) we can also lend you FREE of charge some of our own ice packs whilst yours are freezing.
Want a morning paper ?? if so, why not let us get it for you ?? if you wish a morning paper all you have to do is to order it in the shop the day before you wish this service to start. We will get your paper for you and all you have to pay is the price on the paper. please note if no paper is ordered we cannot guarantee to be able to supply you with one.
The first
thing you see when you enter the shop is the chilled cabinet and freezer. in the
chilled cabinet you will find, milk (full fat and skimmed), eggs, bacon, cheese,
cold meats, fruit juices and a variety of cold drinks. The freezer which was new
for season 2002 has a variety
of
vegetables, meals for one,
fish products, oven chips, burgers, sausages (ideal for a hastily decided
barbeque) and puddings/sweets. Down to the right of this you will find bread,
cereals, Jams, tinned meat, sugar and various types of biscuits.
We also have a large variety of
sweets (adults and children's), crisps, ice cream and cleaning materials
Not forgetting the children the shop stocks a large selection of toys, games and fun stuff to keep the children amused either outside in the sun or inside if cooler
New for Season 2003
Caravan and Camping accessories
New this year we now stock a
variety of accessories for campers these include, tent pegs (various sizes) guy
ropes, spare poles, water carries, rubbers, awning suckers, eyelets and chemical
for the chemical toilets.
