Directions

From Exeter :-

From M5  Exeter follow A38 towards Plymouth. Exit onto A384  - signposted Totnes ,Salcombe ,Dartmouth .At Totnes follow signs for A381 towards Kingsbridge. Stay on A381 for approximately 10 miles passing through the villages of Harbertonford and Halwell .Ignore all signs for East Allington and continue along A381 until reaching The Mounts. The entrance to Mounts Farm is on the left approximately 600 yards past the 30mph speed limit signs.

If you are using sat nav to find us please note that when you reach the 2nd roundabout in Dartington you may be instructed to go straight across, IGNORE this (the road is quite narrow and not suitable for caravans !) . Instead turn left following the signs for Totnes.

From Plymouth :-

From Plymouth follow A379 to Kingsbridge then take the A381 towards Totnes. Ignore all signs to East Allington ,continue along A381 until reaching The Mounts.The entrance to Mounts Farm is approximately 500 yards past the 30 mph signs , on the right. Alternatively follow A38 towards Exeter,exit at Totnes then follow directions as above.
